Plata Schott Law welcomes new team members!

We are thrilled to welcome three new members to the Plata Schott team!

Briana Leshinsky

Briana graduated with her bachelor’s in history from the University of Michigan. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law school in May 2021. Briana was born And raised in Michigan and moved to Florida with her husband and two daughters in the fall of 2020. In addition to working at Plata Schott, Briana is the leader and creator of Washington Classical Christian School’s first-ever mock trial class. At WCCS, she teaches middle and high school students about the American justice system and skills that can transition into their everyday lives. Briana enjoys volunteering with the Junior League of Jacksonville in her free time and cooking with her daughters.

Dali Rosario

Damali, Dali for short, is the new Legal Assistant here at Plata Schott Law. She is a working mom, a New York native who just made the big move to Florida. She graduated from Queens College in NYC with a bachelor’s in Spanish. She has been in the field of supporting others for more than ten years. In her downtime, she loves to empower other mothers on my social media platform by talking about her experiences as a new mom and tips that have helped her along the way. She is super family-oriented so the rest of my time is spent with her husband and two-year-old.

Genssy Lozano

Her name is Genssy, but you can call her Gen! She is the new legal intake specialist at Plata Schott Law with a passion for helping others. After working as a criminal paralegal, she advocated for domestic violence survivors and became a NACP-credentialed advocate for victims of crime. During her free time, she serves as a member of her local Animal Shelter Advisory Committee, and spends quality time at home with her husband Rob, and two kittens Tofu and Taffy.
